" Also juggling is also helpful " Well people forget about this and think:" Oh it is just juggling" but juggling is one of the most important things for quick feet. (of course only when you do real tricks like atw htw tatw ...) It really helps, your feet will be faster after 2 months or so, also you...

Rzad is right. Look at what happened to Ronaldinho. He isnt fat but he doesnt have the agility he had before (2-3 years ago) because he gained much musclemass.

I had osgood too and it took 6 months to fully heal. I bought some tape for my knee and put ice on it after every training, which helped a bit, but it was still a hard time. =(

Same here. Our team is playing almost everytime at the level our enemy is. Although they are weak we seem to get on the same level as they are.

The trick is pretty easy if you get that "click". I learned it in 5 minutes after i gave it up last year. The only important thing is, is that you mustnt hit the ball to hard when you do the atw. Then the second thing is: You really need to get your foot up, when you finished the atw with it.

Well a good way to start would be that you get a point between the ball and the other ppl. For short passes that should be enough. And if you do that your point will soon getting up more and more.

I do this trick in different ways. The one way is that i give the ball spin with my outside-toe of my foot, which can be pretty good, but when the ball is on the ground i usually just chip it up a bit.
