Anymi you don't have worry about your age, just work really hard and when your ready to hit the gym, work with a personal trainer to learn about strength training. Focus on improving your fitness and running quickly in small spaces (ie. suicide runs). Finally watch a lot of football matches. Watch i...

Re: dedication

Ok I agree with everything you say, but the coach and what he makes you do is not good. Not good at all. He would make you run suicides before the game? That is just stupid. Working 8 hours a day? INsane. That is just physically stupid. THat is not the right thing to do. I have dealt with professio...

dedication

hi guys I've been here since 2004/2005 and over the years I just trained a lot and took bunch of tips from this site. Right now I'm playing at semi-pro level and have lots of contacts/coaches. Including a coach who played at the national level as a player (call him coach X). In fact I now know what ...

Re: Coruna Tryout

My friend moved to Spain and im going to visit him fairly soon for a couple months and maybe live with him if tryouts go well. He lives in Coruna right now. We play almost identical games with really similar skills and he has a tryout for Coruna academy. What do you think i can prepare for when i g...

c ronaldo wears very tight shoes that makes him "run on his toes"

I wouldn't advise it, I suggest to skip a few times and once you finish start doing the step over

what to do when running at full speed with an oponent

okay, so I am a CF and this is what happend rescently this defender got the ball and is running at full speed, I run with him on his right side and I am confident that I can get the ball off of him... so I tap the ball with my right foot (i did not want to go for a full out tackle), but as I bring m...

Players like him are one in a million so I don't think you can generalize in that way. Also, I don't think it would work to have more than 2 guys like him on the same team. It's always better to have a variety of players with different styles/abilities. is that girl Soccer4Life? c ronaldo may be 1 ...

this question is something I have been thinking about lately... like expert said...the idea of jocking him is not possible especially since he will be running forwards while defenders either have to run sideways or backwards which awkward if you want to keep up with him. the next problem is...thanks...

i agree with newbienyj i use step over quite a lot in games and training......mainly to off balance the defender to do a cross or take a shot i can tell you.........anything more than 3 stepovers is redundant and distrupts the flow of the game for your teammates when I do them, on average it is one ...

Re: Who did it first?

Goodday boys. Me and some geek is arguing on who "invented" this move. It's called Hocus Pocus by some, and Joaquinha by some. Was it Ronaldinho, Joaquin or Wilhelson who pulled it off first? See ya. this move is not invented by any of them, its a famous move from futsal and gradually a lot profess...

Football is a team sport and everyone wants the ball.. if you were dribbling every time you got the ball, then I don't think I would want you in my team.. I used to be a ball hog before until some new guy came in my team, and it showed that he was a ball hog too.. He was dribbling ALMOST every time...
