weight lifting

as from now on i attend college 5 days a week and i have no free periods to attend the gym i have the basic team training but its used for video analysis and team plays and by the time i get home its 5:30 and have tea its like 6/6:30 so is it worth wieght lifting this late in the evening ?? bearing ...

my school uniform was a white shirt so it didnt used to show up so bad , but im starting college this year and i dont have enough white t shirts lol so the coloured ones are gonna show up the patches well bad :(

yh i shower in the morning n start the day fresh then spray wiv right guard extreme dry
then suddenly i jus start to sewat under the arms its terrible
other day i was in the gym working hard as u do lol n i was streaming alot more than other guys n we was all working similiarly ??

right lads i have a major problem with sweating , sometimes even when its not overly hot or just when i get a little embarrased but i just need to know do any of you suffer the same problem and if so what anit-perspirant do you use or anything you can share to help

i do a lot of wieght lifting and im quite short and according to bmi im overwieght but im clearly not fat , admittedly i have a bit but i was just wanting to get rid of it all to unleash the beasty muscles lol i dont eat too much sh*t lol i usually have like toast n milk for breaky . . yum :) a sand...

im wanting to lean up for the new season and i intend to do it in my summer holidays and continue it through the rest of the season

what i want to no is how do i work out how many calories i consume
and then how do i work out how many i need to reduce or burn to lose some fat ??

pecs
traps
abs
obliques
quads
hamstrings
lats
calfs
basically everything
how would u distribute them into each day efficiently ??

is it better to do 3 exercises of 1 set or 3 sets of 1 exercise per muscle group

eg tricep extensions x1
throwbacks x1
dips x1

or

tricep extensions x3
??
