C Ronaldo as Portugal Captain

Recently Cristiano Ronaldo has appeared for his country as the team captain. What does everyone think about the making Ronaldo captain at such a young age?

I like how Nike moved back to the leather. I'm sure they were losing business to the old players who trust kangaroo leather. The...

My friend from my college team like to go and practice on our own. We usually keep it semi-easy. Some games we play include: 2 People 1 touch pass back and forth: whomever messes up the next pass loses. 2 or 3 people (3rd being the goalie) 1 touch receive and shoot at the 18: the other player passes...

I think competent veteran Defensive Mids like Makelele or Gattuso could stop him. Hell even Makelele and Gattuso might need another Defender with them, but it could be done.

Well done man! As a famous quote put it, "It's ok that we got knocked down, It's how fast we get back up that counts."

Keep up the good work and good luck with College recruitment, that was a crazy time for me. I'm just glad I ended up playing at all, even if it is a D2 school.

LOL I sprained my ankle last month, like the First week of August. There was a pop and it was pretty swollen. Eventually it turned a shade of black, then purple and I even thought I saw a hint of green in the bruising. Sprains don't heal in 2 hours, I couldn't even put pressure on my ankle for at le...

Communication could be intertwined with the Acknowledging Runs and Knowing the Field...Being vocal in the midfield is key. Letting defenders know a run is coming or calling for a run so u can send a through ball to the outside (if you decide not to pass to the cocky forward) is essential to success....

Here is a weird story...one time when i was like 13 or 14, we had a nasty game going on...I mean yellows left and right. One of our players had scored a goal and ran by the other teams bench, taunting (which was really stupid cuz we had like a 5 goal lead). The ref booked him and said "if i hear ano...

Also, with leading the big D, you can ensure 3 ways of support for your outside backs by shifting left and right: 1) Giving them a pass back if they're getting shut down 2) Playing second defender so that if the forward beats your outside back, you'll be there to swoop in and make the steal. The Key...

At worst, you could even call a mid back to you...they could check to for a pass or at the same time, create space for someone else; and if your sweeper/center back is a smart one, he'd drop back to give you an outlet as well.

I would love to play in a 3-5-2 formation, I've never played/experienced/seen a team use that formation.
I agree...the other Attacking Mids, always thank me for backing them up in the CM. It takes the pressure off of them to go up and do their thing...score.

Did your center mid do a "Makelele" where he never went up and just gave the ball to the CMs or did he attack as well?

Re: lol

Cologne is the way to go. Body sprays sometimes are too much, but cologne smells good and stays for a long time. A good brand of cologne that is the perfect brand for a soccer player is made by adidas and it's called Moves. I've worn it off and on, while trying different colognes, and all the girls...

My State Championship team this year played a 3-5-2. The midfield was quite different than usual, but hey...it worked. This is if they are attacking to the right
