Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a new pair of cleats this year (my Laser Is are getting too small and give me too many blisters) and I'm crossed between the Nike CTRs and the adipure IIIs. Which one is better in terms of comfort and touch? I'm not sure abot adipure IIIs, but comparing CTRs to adipure ...

Really defense at a higher level isn't ever individual, it's a team effort. Because you will get beat and teammates will be beat so you have to cover for them. Has your coach ever done a drill where offense has the ball and you stop and position your defence accordingly? One steps, one covers outsid...

New Nike Vapor V (Yellow or Black/Pink one lol) v Nike CTR 360 Maestri?

I'm a holding mid and have worn vapors for a while, just wondering if I should make the switch because old vapor V's had some manufacturing issues so I have $220 to spend at nikestore.com

I hope you were being sarcastic. Who wants to pay full price for a nike voucher? that's $220. And I'm definitely not selling it for less, I'm just getting mist vapors or maestri, can't decide though.

Lol the manufacturing date was february of this year so I'm fine on time.

I returned my IV's to get these and I'm just mad these went bad so quick. Like the material and everything started cracking it's weird.

Nike Returns

Hey everyone, it's the start of Highschool season for me, games starting in two weeks, and unfortunately my new Vapors just broke... This really sucks, and I'm sending them back, but just wondering what you guys think of the damage, is it definitely manufacturing flaw? Just curious now http://i33.ti...

Lol you're talking about the 1v1 success during tryouts guide I wrote right? That was sooo long ago haha but don't worry about not stopping the pass, the whole point of defending at higher levels is pressure then cover. You pressure the man and your team should balance and cover where you are compar...

I actually did see this game. It was decent, better moreso because of the atmosphere and what it meant for the Sounders. Had all the emotions of an amazing game but the quality of soccer let it down as a really good game. It was just decent.

But guys c'mon face it, in Highschool nothing will ever be serious, there will always be an exclusion to this rule but for the most part the girls/boys you go out with will be for at max a year. When I had a gf freshman year I wasn't obsessed with her but she never focused on someone other than hers...

Haha informative article, but isn't anaerobic glycolysis the Kreb's Cycle? I can't remember exactly I got a 4 on AP Bio and I still can't remember half of what we learned last year. But it's anaerobic because you're using energy to make energy so the process isn't as efficient hence lowered output ...

When I do interval training I try and do 45min no stop. Normally I have to stop around 2 or 3 times because I try really hard and I really sprint. But I figured if you do interval training for 45min it should get your body accustomed to running in a one half of a soccer game. Your body should be abl...
