Overstressing the back muscles can be the reason for pain. I think it can occur while doing any exercise where back muscles are involved. I also do weight lifting at night, and I've seen many people suffering from back pain. Reasons might be related to poor posture and not wearing proper equipment. ...

Eating a diet enriched with proteins can be helpful in gaining muscles and weight. I often eat eggs and meat to take necessary proteins to keep my muscles strong and healthy.

I take around 15 minutes to complete my track of 2.5 km. I don't try to run fast to not overuse my muscles and keep them healthy.
