To cure lower back pain, try therapeutic exercises but stop doing exercises that put pressure on the spinal cord. Massage and stretch several times a day if you can. Lose unwanted body weight and have good posture.

Yes, it is possible to gain weight by increasing your number of meals and adding smarter food in your meal plans. Increase your caloric intake, have energy drinks and eat lots of snacks.

Yes, you still gain fitness if your diet is not that good. You can gain fitness with regular workouts, avoiding stimulants and having proper sleep.

To lose that bit of stomach fat, exercise regularly, never skip breakfast and avoid eating late. Drink more water than routine, have green tea and take low carb food meals. Take more proteins through your meals and manage stress.
