Easy bodyweight stuff such as calf...

You're probably in a position that i was not too long ago. When I first started soccer, I entered this phase where I was putting out 2+ hours of training every day, and even with decent grades, my parents wouldnt acknowledge it and held me back at every step possible in my soccer career. I don't kno...

the player makes the boots, the boots dont make the player. just get a pair that will give you the maximum comfort to do what you can do without the boots on the pitch. copas are great cuz they've survived the test of time and are just a classic design

lol im gonna defend my position here: - I agree that England is not a tournament team - The goal would've changed the game - I know there's a big difference between the England in qualifying and the England now - But between the 4 games they've played, I'd have to say offensively that was the best (...

I think (as an English supporter) that England didn't play a bad game. They held on to possession (for once), were not too rushed on the attack, and strung together some nice plays (ignoring the brutal long balls and relatively poor crossing). From the beginning I think that Capello was stupid to le...

Ohhh that was one epic hockey game, very exciting to watch. Ryan Miller with 42 saves!!! He was a beast in goal and I was really happy with the way our side played. That diving empty net goal by Kesler was a nice effort. gtfo, we wouldn't have lost if we didnt have a baseball player in net (Martin ...

Kakasgotskillz, You are rarely going to find an exercise that only exercises the target muscle. The point i was making is that if you widen the grip it puts more strain on the chest, not all the strain, as that would be impossible. Its common knowledge in the world of weightlifting/body building th...

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a new pair of cleats this year (my Laser Is are getting too small and give me too many blisters) and I'm crossed between the Nike CTRs and the adipure IIIs. Which one is better in terms of comfort and touch?

When doing Bench presses, if you want to target your Pectoral muscles, use a wider grip. If your doing press-ups, again use a wider stance. Widening your stance/grip puts more strain on your pecs more than your triceps so this will build them up more. Yep KLC is right....wide grip for chest, narrow...
