u guys are diging way to much into it, by saying that he was born fast the author just means that naturally he is faster then most (without practice) and he wants improvment on fast feet (like stepovers) and stamina. So use the effort u put into arguing to help the man.
Where i come from there r lots of immigrants. Once in a while someone might call me a fag for playing but most of the time its just friends joking around. Actually alot of ppl here play as most of them come from Mexico Poland Bosnia or Bulgaria.
personally i never do more than 1000 juggles- it just gets boring. As to the stepover drill I do it only occasionally but when i was starting out i would do it for 30 minutes a day and it rly hurts but also works wonders.

You can go and download SopCast, it shows all games from most countries free. Thats how I watch Poland internationals. It also show the english, italian, german, french, spanish, polish, russian (and more) leagues. Additionally it has other sporting events. Basically SopCast is tv stations from all ...
