I was thinking of working out in the morning before school, I'd only have like 10-20 mins, so I'd probs do one exercise, and do like 2-3 sets. But for breakfast i cant get a good serve of protein ill have to like another 11 hours until i have a good serve of protein for dinner, is that too late?

My commentator for my region was saying that arsenal were playing far to high in their defensive line trying to catch them off', and it was too dangerous apparentlyy. he reckons that barca lost because they apprently are not good at defending set plays and in their final third. do u agree with thiss?
I just did my ref course, and yeaa i agre with youu. and u have to remember that u cannot change a call unless u have alreayd blow nthe whistlee, so u can change the decision of a throw in before it has been taken ect.. and players shouldt be so harsh, it is way harder then it looks reffingg, trust ...

I go for a 100-200m slow job, followed by 20m each of: but kicks, high knees, 'open the gate', 'close the gate', shuffles, ect.. then i do dynamic stretches on my whole body working up from my calves to my triceps. then juggle for a bit, mess around with the ball, and then im off to train.
Mine has subsided a bit for noww, and im bacxk to full training, we diagnosed it as some kind of form of core arthritis which i have a rich history of through my familyyy, deffs gonna have some morek nee problems in the future htough
