just curious if anyone else use's the bikes in the gym as an important part of their cardio workouts? I know its a good workout, but will it translate nicely into game fitness or no?

definitely a center or center defensive mid role, how good is your tackling? i only say defensive mid because your decision making isnt very good, but if you play defensive mid then thats something that you do need but not as much as a pure center mid. center mid or defensive mid definitely
