You are just using an incorrect technique. Sit-ups are only meant go to 100 by army standards. Try not moving your arms, put your knees up and dont thrust with your chest then see how many u can do.

I think you might be right because on training on tuesday we were practicing possesion and everytime i tried to pass the defender i got caught, although i held it for ages before making a move. So i have good standing control and i can sheild and move. So then i tried doing it quickly and i beat the...

My favourite fake is the double scissors.
2 step overs is perfect because 1 doesnt throw the body weight off and 3 slows the momentum.
Its also good because you can do it at no speed to gain space. ie step over, step over, drag back.

I always play against the youth team at our club. They are the best youth squad in the state and won the title last year. Our team has lost to them 3-2 and 3-1. Pretty good results. However there are too very distinct styles of play. My 17's team are very fast and hard hitting whereas the youth are ...

My record is 382 and i was only doing it to get quicker feet and more control. Im not a trickster at all compared to my teamates i am relatively crappy at fakes etc. Juggling simply is a show of control and it is definately a nessesity. I needed to do have a certain amount of control THAT I COULD DE...

Selling the fake

I have a real problem when it comes to selling my fakes. My technique is next to perfect but it seems that im only fooling myself by giving the defender more time. There must be certain cues to look for when it comes to knowing when to use feints. Any ideas??? P.S. Im in 2 awesome teams 1st XI and 1...

I know how you feel. I also live in australia and i can only feel a little trapped. There are a few avenues to go down tho. Firstly you can be in the AIS, which is probably unreachable. The new APL could also make an answer by the time we are old enough. Or you can be a go-getter and send videos of ...
