Alright, basically I think you need to start some pick-up games to get a better game experience. All I know and how I play, I've learn from watching and playing others. The more games you play and watch, the better understanding you will have. Check out the rest of Expertfootball.com for some traini...

Klc is correct

Pushing is illegal

And in most situations, jumping for headers with your arms up or touching others isn't fair play

Well, your only basic options are to find a pass outlet, or shake your markers.

Dragback moves, or Cryffs will work to give you room in the open field.

Thanks for the advice panchester. I play on usually dry long grass, in the fall, so I should be ok...I have a pair of back-up firm-ground cleats if all else fails

If I had to narrow it down to two sports, American Football and track/field would be excellent sports for soccer training...

Am. Football for agility and strength

And track for overall speed

The trouble is..I have done that sh*t in games, but this one lousy official got his rulebook from his ass.

I've never full on American-football-charged into a guy..but i have butted shoulders and use my body to push people off the ball..quite hard sometimes.

And I have gotten some yellows for it.

Alright, does anyone have a signature picture of either Robinho, Cafu, Sol Campbell, or Nani that I could use?

Code included please?
