Jabulani unpredictable flight path

As you may of heard, there has been a fair bit of speculation about the way the Jabulani knuckles (bobbles in the air), and of cause, keepers have been complaining. But I don't see why everyone is/was going on about it, it seems to knuckle LESS than other balls IMO.

What do you guys think?

Your entire body - thus foot, should be on a slight angle pre-impact to the ball. Just have a look around the this section, and the Featured Articles part of the forum and you'll find loads of useful info' on dipping shot's and the load.

Beating fast or smart defenders

I play alot like Lionel Messi, but with a bit les off-the-ball pace. I'm renowned for my dribbling in my school pick-up games, and go past regular defenders with ease. It's just that when i get to the few good defenders in the games, i often get tackled. The problem is, is that i just can't unbalanc...

Good advice :) This is quite a wierd way of explanation, but here it goes - play FIFA 10. If you don't have it rent it, or even if you don't have the console, play it at a friends house. Play the mode called "Be A Pro", and play as a right mid'. The yellow indicating arrows will let you know where y...

very profesional man, I'm 14 o my training isnt as intense but thats very good IMO. You might want to just change the situps to planks or something, as situps arnt very soccer beneficial, as far as i know anyway is that crunches are better.

Yea that's good advice from NinjaFootballer. I am also around your age, I do the same pretty much as ninja' said. Don't worry too much about strengh exercises, wait 'till your 16 minimum. It's ok o to non weighted things like body weight calf raises, and hover's/plank. I usually just do crunches eve...

Here's what i listen to, a majority of the songs are from the movie 'Goal!'

Oasis - (What's The Story) Morning Glory
Oasis - Cast No Shadow
Kasabian - Club Foot
John Butler Trio - One Way Road
Scribe - Not Many

My personal favourite is Club Foot, but I'm sure you'll like Not Many.

Could somebody please help me out with a routine

I'm 13-14yrs old, and i play anywherwe in the forward line, but preferably wing, my playing style is alot like Messi. I often feel unsatisfied with my routines and constantly change them. I have altered between strict routines with reps and sets, and free flowing practises, with off-the-top-of-my-he...
