I dislocated my kneecap like 8 months ago and i am still not back to soccer. Phobia is one really big factor of not gg back. I cant run on the concrete i feel like my kneecap is loose. and all. so its quite dff for me. And i really have to START BACK FROM BASICS LIKE CHIPPING THE BALL ETC. so advise...

lunges, squats and cycling is the stuffs that i was told to do. And to stand on my injured leg, to gain coordination or smth..

Taping

I am required to tape my knee almost of the time. I am in the rehabiltion process due to my patella (knee) dislocation.

Is there a guide or something on taping ? And my physio recommended me a tape called something starting with an S, its the name of the tape but i couldnt get hold of it. anyone ?

Injury = Rest .

Thats like one of the FIRST thing you do when you get injured. maybe get a week off first. I bet its essential.

I am not really sure how to lose it tho, wait for the Bheck to reply or the rest =)

oh yea, gold boots my doc said smth about that. mine is degree2 or something. I dont think i can turn over. Basically, i can't see whether the swelling has gone down as theres a somewhat cast-bandage on my leg.

I was told to tighten my thighs now and then. Like a few reps to make it stronger ?

And i am quite new involving in the soccer scene. So its quite a disapointment .
