Re: Suarez

Much as I'd like to claim that Nottingham Forest are a Premier League side, I can't see that happening any time soon :( I'm only bringing up the Evra stuff because it's relevant in terms of one of the questions posed at the beginning of this post; namely what we thought of Suarez as a person. While ...

Re: Suarez

I can definetly agree Suarez might not be the best example, but to me a good example is a player that has the mentality to not give a flying fu** about the rest and just thinks about winning and about his club/national team, that will do stupid sh*t and thinks with his heart. Furthermore, there are...

Just keep eating healthily and perhaps start a weights routine (muscle weighs more than fat I believe). Focus on your proteins etc - that's what builds muscle (there's numerous guides on this site, just do a quick search and I'm sure you'll find something). But don't put too much pressure on yoursel...

what is sprint pyramid? Can you explain it to me? I really want to learn this. Honest Sprint pyramids are basically where you have a series of sprints that start off in short, numerous amounts and build up to one big sprint - and then you work your way down again. For example: 5x 10m 4x 25m 3x 50m ...

Great point, Matt. No one knows specifically why the US/world decided to choose Libya to get involved with when so many other nations are in peril. Maybe it's Gaddafi himself, and things they know about him and his motives that they don't. Maybe it really is an 'eeny, meeny, miny, moe' kinda thing....

In my defence, I was in a really boring class at the time  That's a crappy name tbh..at least h2bh gets an oscar everytime she recieves a pass It was chosen purely for the initials as opposed to the names ...

Yeah, I agree, taking back calls isn't the greatest idea. Unless you blow for a goal kick but all the players are lining up for a corner or something (little slips like that happen from time to time) that shouldn't be a problem. Stand by your calls - if players see you chopping and changing all the ...

Thanks guys :D Yeah, I'm a little disappointed that I just missed out - I'll be applying for a remark, but I am still really proud of myself for managing this - I'm the first from my school to have achieved this in a few years. In a way, this will help spur me on - I know how close things can get, s...

The Finest Line

Yesterday I discovered what a fine line there is between success and failure. How close you can be to getting what you want, and getting more than what you want. In November, I sat my end of year national exams. Included in these exams were three scholarship exams - one in English, one in History an...

Well, the mixed-sole CTR ^above^ are perfect for grass fields here(5 uses so far). It seems this rain won't quit anytime soon but the combo of studs really spreads out the stud pressure perfectly. They really eat up the grass for traction and I can see why some professionals are going with a mixed-...

Paul Konchesky has signed a loan deal with Forest :) Can't believe Carroll has been bought for 35m. He's not worth that, no way. Holy sh*t I know, the lad is clumsy as hell, he can score goals, but 35 million pounds? For Crying out loud... Might as well gotten Alan Shearer  Let me upload a few...
