I tried doing this move and it took me about 15 minutes to be able to pop it up frequently. The ball will not roll like it does in the video on grass though

I like center mid and striker. If team has really good midfielders they don't even need a good striker, they can score themselves. One tournament we had all our goals come from midfielders. We only scored 4 goals the whole tournament though.

I'd do any of those things. I love to kick around a football. Be it in a game or just doing tricks. I would even be a water boy for a Pro team just so I could be at the games with Front row seats. :D

A fullback should have speed, a stong kick in order to clear the balll, and you must be able to tackle attacking players. You don't really need to be a good dribbler but all players should have good ball control.

I saw a video were the goalie went to punt the ball and a player kicked it away as soon as the ball left the goalies hands. As far as I know it was legal.

I think you should just push back or if he is running at you shoot the ball at him so it goes off. That way he won't be so eager to come at you if he thinks he'll get a ball in the face and your team would still have possession.

Juggling is a great way to improve your touch. You get a good feel of the ball and how hard to hit it.
