Hi guys, I would appreciate any input you may have on the following topic the more the better. My brain is at a roadblock as I hate answering stuff like this
How has soccer contributed to your personal and intellectual development.
This seems like a very good routine. I'll have to give it a go during my next off season.
As for the lack of agility and plyometrics, I think you could modify day 2 of cardio to add in agility and modify day 1 or 2 of weight training to add plyometrics if you really wanted to.
Now this news story is really weird....
Apparently someone altered the wikipedia entry about Chris Benoit and wrote about his wife's death before authorities even discovered what had happened.
If there's one thing I hate more about wrestling than it being fake, its the damn steroids that EVERYONE takes. What happened with Benoit shows how it can fu** up your life.
I think that with recieving crosses, too many people attempt to apply too much power. The ball should already have quite a bit of speed and assuming that you are pretty close to the net, it is better to get good accuracy.
32 Zinedine Zidane
26 Pele
24 Johan Cruyff
19 Franz Beckenbauer (+1)
12 David Beckham
0 Marco Van Basten (-1) Bye Bye Marco!
16 George Best
10 Eric Cantona
21 Ronaldo
21 Bergkamp
Just a suggestion but sonner or later I think we should change the format to just subtracting points??
I'm pretty sure that anyone here who plays on a high school team or equivalent would have had enough potential or natural talent to go pro if they had done the proper training through out their lives.
I've watches like hundreds of these but what I always wondered about is the defensive aspects of the game. Are these guys really that good to make the defense hesitate so much or is that just the style of play. There is like no physicality. Anyways these series of vid's are good: http://youtube.com/...
that seems like a decent routine to tone your muscles or to stay in shape but to build muscle like the title says you would really need some thing with overall greater intensity (like weights)
