Well having the vision is a gift, but practice execution, playing the ball pipes or something, longballs..cool stuff

Though all that practicing won't really compare to having to control under pressure of the real game so i say play more..the more u play the more natural controlling the ball is

but is it easier to gain alot of weight then tone it into muscle...or just work from the underweight status?

does anybody ever feel tired after a game, i don't thik i ever have..do the warm downs but don't fatigue the muscle to the point of stressing them out

And do some balance work...

Run in the early hours of the morn...then practice shooting, freekicks and basically ballwork during the day, in the afternoon abit of smallgoal at the field with local folk

If you run with a clear head your time will decrease by maybe a min
