I'd have to disagree with the thought of retired players becoming refs. Some players could possibly bring their emotions into their calls. This is purely a hypothetical situation but imagine if Rooney retired before C.Ronaldo and trained to be a ref. Then Rooney was the ref of one of C.Ronaldo's gam...

Oh, Ok. I looked at some of the topics on the v1.06s and a lot of people said they rip easily but I liked the design of them. The cleats I posted are the v1.06s but in kangaroo leather. I was wondering if anyone had them and if they are light enough like the v1.06s.

Are you talking about the synthetic v1.06s or the cleats I posted that are made of kangaroo leather?

I found a video that shows a clear view of C. Ronaldo's feet as he does the Rabona:

I have a pair and if you are planning on using them for any agility training don't get them. If you try to do a quick turn it feels like you are going to break an ankle. If you are just using them for long distance running then I would suggest them.

Lotto or Nike?

I'm trying to make a decision on either Lotto Leggenda or Nike Zoom Total 90 Supremacy. Which ones should I go with? Btw I'm a midfielder if that helps. My r10's did the same thing but they were so comfortable that I just kept wearing them b/c the rip wasn't that big. Did yours rip on the inside near your toes?

I think Ribery, Prilo, and Malouda were very underrated and now have proved people wrong so they should be under " stars" I totally agree with you. I think Ribery had an outstanding showing. He was such a hard worker and his goal against Spain definitely proves that. I think sometimes he was overlo...

I read Michael Owen's autobiography and he said he plans to breed and race horses once he's retired. Here in the U.S some become commentators like Cobi Jones.

KaMurder:

I have a quick question about the total 90s... I was thinking about buying the Zoom Total 90 Supreme FG and I've never had laces on the side... Do they make that much of a difference or are they hard to get used to?

SV_08: No, I'm talking about the outside of the shoe... I don't know what else you would call it... where the leather meets the plastic part of the actual cleats... I don't know if that helps describe it any better  KaMurder: I haven't used this but Eurosport has this stuff called Freesole. I ...

I have a pair of the Ronaldinho Nike Air Legends and I have to say that they are one of the most comfortable pair of cleats I've had. If you get them, make sure you take care of the soles because the inside soles seperate from the cleat after about a season.
