No, it's not that you have to position your feet different. What you have to do is Standing and seated Calf raises. If your looking to improve your vastus medialis than you should do the seated. But make sure you do both.

I go to a local tennis park and one of the courts has a wall that I use to practice my touch. And they always got tennis balls laying around so I picked one up the other day. I haven't got around to trying to juggle one yet, but I bet its pretty difficult. So im going to try it out tomorrow. First o...

I was trying out visualization yesterday and I realized I couldn't even do some skills in my mind. If I can't do them in my head then how am I supposed to do it on the pitch. This leads me to believe that maybe mental aspects of the game are more important than most would think. Also might I be cra...

yea do what Nat_h said and make sure you also aim downwards for attacking headers. Because I see a lot of people hitting it over the net and it makes the keepers job harder if you keep it low.

Weak Shot and Crossing

My shots and crossing don't have much strength. I've only been playing soccer for less than a year. But I do have good accuracy. So im wondering should I hit the weight room or should I just keep playing and the strength will come with time. Because I know it's not how hard you kick the ball but how...

Concrete Wall Ball

I need a strong ball that won't peel when hit against a concrete wall. All the regular balls seem to peel when I play on the tennis court. The tennis court has a wall in the middle so it is a perfect place for me to practice with a wall. But I can't find a ball that is tough enough for this. I even ...
