Usually when i get ready for soccer practice i have to dribble the ball around for 5-10 minutes, juggle the ball 30-40 times, take a few shots on goal, and stretch. is it counterproductive to weight lift and do running. After soccer season ends i don't want to loose the aerobic endurance i developed, but i also want to gain some weight

i don't think you can make your shoulders wider, your born with a certain body composition. Since you said that your shoulders are not wide that probably means you have a lean body type. I suggest that your work on chest and upper back exercises if you want a stronger upper body.

heh i think most people sleep horizontally. i remember my coach telling me to prevent back problems you should sleep on your back, so probably thats the best position.

you can control your pace, just not as much as you can when your jogging. So it could be considered aerobic or anaerobic depending on your speed of jumping. It is also a plyrometric exercise, because it works on your muscles explosiveness.

you ruining your lower back doing that many sit ups. concentrate of your form always keep your abs flexed like you were going to get punched in the stomach during your workout, it will fatigue your abs faster which provides a better workout.

i ate a banana, whole wheat bread, tons of water, a couple apples, 2 scrambled eggs, a few cashews, spoon of fish oil. this is mostly what i ate this morning till about 2:30 before my 4:00 camp. yeah i know my diet is kinda weird but it is pretty healthy.
