I know a good drill to do your push ups, you will do 100 each time you do the drill. First, set up 4 cones 5 meters from ea other so they form a square. Run 1 lap , do 1 pushup at one of the cones, run another lap, do 2 pushups at the same cone. Run more laps ,increase your pushups by 1, so it's 1, ...
