If you're gonna eat as little as 30 minutes before a workout, make sure you keep it low in fat. Foods that are high in fat are more difficult for your stomach to digest, so you have blood flow to your stomach that you would want going to your muscles.

Looks don't play as big a factor in attracting girls as you may think. I have some pretty ugly friends, and almost all of them get play.

I don't think he's talking about the Elastico. He's talking about where Ronaldinho has his back to the goal, a ball comes in on the ground, and Ronaldinho takes a touch with the outside of his right foot and the ball goes to one side of the defender and he goes the other.
