I've put together a training routine which I hope will help me a lot. Most of it is a lot of juggling and kicking against a wall. There is some fitness and other stuff in there too. I'm hoping it will take 2-3 hours to complete. Most of the routine is getting lots of touches on the ball.

OK.. my last attempt at this progress log totally screwed up. I'm going to set myself some goals, to see if that can help me train better. My big long term goal is to play in the A-league in Australia. If I don't make it I want to at least play V-league. It doesn't exist yet, but when it does in 200...

I think Pele was the best player ever but I would have loved to see Johan Cruyff and the Dutch play Total Football. If there is a player I would have liked to see play it would have been Cruyff.

Heading Pain

Whenever I head the ball my head hurts. I'm pretty sure i'm heading it right (I head it with my hairline and charge at it and try to give it lots of power) but it can give me a headache and sometimes it even hurts when i'm heading a size 1 ball. It never used to happen before. What do you guys think?

I thought I posted last week but i guess it didn't show up. Yesterday was mostly shooting and juggling and my juggling has improved A LOT. My old record was 12 juggles and my new one is now 26. I gave up on keeper training, too much getting hurt. I used one of jdefoes many helpful guides for shootin...

Thanks for your replies. Yesterday i was just having a kickabout with my dad and I decided to do some goalkeeping. I used to be a keeper a few years ago and was actually quite good at it but for some reason gave it up ( think it was because our team had no goalkeeper training or eeven tried to have ...

Want to stop being lazy

The main reason I'm writing this is to stop being lazy and show myself I can work hard like everyone else does (especially guys like iwannagopro). If it seems like i'm not doing much training, please remember its a working progress. Background: I was born at the end of the year, and unfortunately I ...

The best formation is the one that suits your team. Everyone knows what to do and everyone knows how to do it and feels comfortable doing it. If even one player doesn't like or know how to play their position their your whole team is probably screwed. The formation depends on the players My club tea...
