Beckham should not be booed, he has the world cup to think in mind and im sure if all the fans who booed him where in his place they would do the exact same thing.

If you are sure they are tight and not strained apply heat to them like a hot water bottle. Rest from playing for a week or so and stretch them for 30 seconds 3 times, thats 1 set. Do this 3 times a day. Look to have hot baths as well, anything really that helps relax them

I agree focus more on ballwork. You should do ballwork nearly everyday because if you cant play you are no use to anyone. I also suggest you do some injury prevention work

I had the sam problem as you mate Its sounds simple and plain but the best way to improve composure with the ball is to spend time with the ball Juggle and just spend time with the ball ball rolling it with both feet and tapping it with the insides of your feet, this will make you feel more confiden...

you say "argentina are a amasing team, i could manage them and still get them to win the world cup..."
but how many times have they won it?
Only twice i no that is very good but if they are so good and you could manage them why have they only won it twice and other great managers failed?[/quote]

Yeah New Born your right. Sir Alex says he works so hard every day and thats why he does what he does.
There is just as much luck involved in Beckhams free kicks as there are in Ronaldo's. He doesnt just hit and hope.
