Technique, technique, technique. I'm only 160 lbs but I can kick a ball anywhere from 60-80 mph(Estimate).

Its all about finding your technique where you can shift your weight quickest getting the most force to the ball...combined with hitting the ball dead center of course.

Some topspin is not always a bad thing. In fact, if the ball goes high enough, top spin can be the deadliest decoy to a goalkeeper. Topspin usually indicates that youre hitting a ball on the instep, but that your follow through might be helping it. A full follow through will either mean some backspi...

New Shooting Game...Check it out

Look at the picture, and youll understand the basic concept of the game. The goal is marked off into zones. The more blockable the shot seems, the less points you get, and vice versa. The #s indicate how many points you receive. Crossbar/Post shots count for 10 if they bounce off and go in (Add +5 i...

NBP: Thats exactly what I mean. I consider that a cut off follow through. I think its just that for me, my cut off follow through naturally takes me up, but still no higher than shin level. 2 ways of saying the same thing, but for people who need a definition of what that means, look that at vid! Ev...

Thats basically all it is imo. A perfect instep drive with a cut off followthrough. Support foot placement: I've always kept it ankle in line with center of ball. Ball placement: It really doesn't matter. It's whatever is comfortable for you and allows you to get a perfect instep drive at its highes...

CR7 FK: Yes, I know this topic is blown up

But I figured it out. However, figuring it out is one thing, doing it is another. I can get a solid, swerving dipping ball on about 45% of my freekicks. The achieved spin: Basically a knuckle ball, however maybe one full revolution going downward, and maybe a LITTLE bit to the outside (See his FKs v...

Total 90 Omni EPL review....

So i break this ball out of the box, and the first thing that I notice is that it looks oh so beautiful. I didn't want to let it touch the ground, juggle it, or kick it around. I wanted to buy a platform for it and just put it on display it was so beautiful. The ball wasnt even pumped up at this poi...

This isn't a goal...but I had a 9v9 match against alot of my friends, most of them being soccer players. One of my defenders cleared the ball, and a defender from the other team headed the ball back. I took it straight off the volley from about 30 yards out, and it was swerving and dipping, and prob...

Nat is right. I'm not saying to not train. However, there are tons of people out there with so much skill, yet disappear when game time hits. The purpose of the post is to get yourself to question why you're not performing if that is the case. Do you actually have the skills? If not, TRAIN!. However...

Its just disappointing because everybody wants to learn how to do this, how to pull this trick, how to dip a ball, how to work on ball control, etc. It all starts from the inside. You have to believe that you can learn the move, learn it, then have the confidence in yourself to make this new skill u...
