There is only one way, practice alot and play alot. Eventualy the instinct will come by itself.
When practicing train on low shots. When playing a game you should almost always aim low in the corners of the goals.

Yes, judging by your strengths you should definitely play defensive midfielder. You should always try to play on an as high level as possible so if I where you I would try out for an A league team. For improving your soccer skills (not fitness) remember that the only things you can train on individu...

I once read somewhere that heading isn't dangerous as long as you head the ball correctly, with the forehead.

Hi, as you see in my progress log I am trying to improve my dribbling skills. Currently I'm just concentrating on using the correct dribbling technique while running with the ball. I don't really know what to do next and I also think it's better to make my complete training routine so I can see wher...

Well I know this might not be an option at all, and maybe you already tried this, but I think you should try to do EVERYTHING to convince your parents so that you can keep playing football. If you'd stop playing football for a year that would make a huge difference. I mean, u would mis like 30 match...

It's very difficult for me to say which position suits you the best because I never saw you play soccer, but when I look at your skills, that would probable be attaccking midfielder. Whatever position you choose, I strongly suggest you improve you stamina and maybe do some weightlifting. You should ...
