Thanks guys, that helps alot.

BTW, the field I practice on is rreeeaally bad, (it's a lacrosse field) and I use a smaller-than-normal goal to shoot on. (it's a lacrosse goal) <--- just for future reference.

Serious/Casual Training

Hi guys, it's me again. I'm gonna get right down to it: My practices suck. I practice by myself usually everyday sometimes every other day now that summer's here, and my practices are so unorganized and "unofficial." Here's the basic layout: The field I practice at is about a 1-2:00 minute bike ride...

ATW magnetism

I'm going to explain this as simply as possible so, let me know if you understand me. When I do atw inside and out from juggling, sometimes I strike the ball, and as I'm attempting to swing my foot around the ball, it just "sticks" to my foot, like an unintentional air akka, except it just hugs my f...

Brazilians

Don't know if any of you have seen this yet, so: These are videos of about 10+ different brazilian street football players. Sick skills, man. There are 13 videos: 1. Raphael Rodriguez http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1W7cPRLU-RM 2. Tiago Guina http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zbRlXQMPlAk&feature=related...

Good find, but you should give credit where credit is due. If you want to question my intentions, let me tell you something. I played on the JV this year mainly because of that. I just forgot to quote it in my enthusiasm. I thought a lot of people on this sight could benefit from it. So, for all of...

Actually, this is taken from my high school website, but it is not copyrighted, patented, etc. (yes, like tryout guide which is also not copyrighted) Of course, sprints are for muscle training, and of course, they increase the duration with which you can retain that speed. This guide is not an all-e...

Oh yeah, and 1 more thing for Boody, I posted a 'get in shape' speed plan in the fitness forum, Exercises, entitled Speed Program - Sprints. If you're alredy beyond that, I applaud you. You can start on any week you like.

I think this topic should be moved to the Fitness forum.

Well, of course you use a real ball, but the whole point of using a small ball is to increase you skills to the level of pinpoint accuracy, a.k.a., perfect touch. See, because the ball is smaller, you need to be more spot on in order to have a good touch, much the same with a soccer ball, except a s...

I'm not even going to waste my time replying on this forum anymore. People use no logic in their points anymore and to whoever started this topic. Go out and you can practice speed and agility. You may get a little faster. But you'll never become anywhere near Walcott unless you uncover some amazin...

Well, I think it looks kind of fun. I mean, they don't show this in the video, but you could just turn it around, and BOOM, you've got a 3v3 soccer goal, or passing wall. BTW, before you criticize me, I live at the far end of a neighborhood where the walls of every house are made of that layered fib...

Size 1 ball or smaller skills

Hi guys, So, I've been doing what soccer4life has been telling us all to do in order to improve control: dribble/juggle a tennis ball. I've been practicing every other day on weekdays, both juggling and dribbling. See, I've got PE seventh period, which is every other school day, so I bring in a tenn...

I'm a relatively new freestyler... I've only been freestyling seriously recently - as in the last 2 weeks or so. And I am proud to admit that I can do both hatw and atw but I haven't gotten so good at controlling the after-effects of those yet. Do you have any advice for someone who is not a consist...
