Well my stomach's really tough, the medicine balls make a sort of clase, and i doubt the vital organs i have are being damaged from this exercise, and i don't feel pain from it like a huge punch in the stomach were the winds knocked right out of you. Just really sore, but the good kind of sore.
I'm just wamt to know if it is healthy to do about 10 sit-ups, then get a 8 lbs medicine ball dropped on my stomach, then continue doing sit-ups and medicine ball dropping until my stomach gets so sore i cannot do a sit-up anymore. people say it's stupid, and someone told me it will ruin your stomach.
I remeber a few years a go, the goalie was going to punt the ball, and he kicked it right into my back, then it went to right. And my other teammate took it, and shot it right on the 18 yard box and scored. My team said it was the best assist of the year lol
I've been freestyling for a year i guess. I don't ever practice freestyle, until someone asks if i can do a trick, and if i know it's not impossible for me i will practice that trick until i can do it.

My coach prefers juggling with absolute no spin, and should be at waist height after every touch. I don't really like doing it with no spin, and espically getting it to my waist everytime.
What are good foods to eat before a practice and game. Because i ate spicy tacos before a practice once, and it ended up being one of the worst practices i ever had.
