I know exactly what you mean... The outside back position can be a hard place to distribute the ball, our center backs may pass you a "hospital" ball and you are pressured from all sides. At other times you are limited to the sideline and have less space to find an open target. Anyways, I still have...

All the above is correct, but I did want to point out that NAIA schools give 12 scholarships out per team. The schools in this NAIA are mostly nice small christian colleges and do tend to cost more. I heard the skill level is mostly the same as D-2 but Im not sure, just wanted to make sure all optio...

6TH WEEK UPDATE NUTRITION: 7.5/10 - This was one of my best weeks nutrition wise. Although I did sneak in a couple of cheat snacks throughout the week, I was for the most part able to stay under 2300 calories and over 130g of protein. SRENGTH: 2/10: Ironically, while I did fairly well nutritionally...

I had a speed trainer, He trains to make people faster for a living. He has trained various NFL stars, collegiate and national track stars, and many other athletes. He works with alot of polymetrics, and other exercises that you have probably never heard or seen before. He knows alot, other than tea...

Good luck, With the whole motivation problem, I suggest using this post as accountability partner. Make a goal that you can reach, maybe a juggling goal, and post your results and everytime you beat your record. Last summer I put alot of my focus on getting a better touch and feel for the ball like ...

* 4TH WEEK UPDATE* NUTRITION: 6/10 - an improvement from last week, but still room for plenty of improvement. I have learned to eat enough proteing, but tend to also eat too many calories. I need to learn to stop eating empty calories, where the food is low in nutrition and low in protein. STRENGTH...

I think I will take a sparq test either at the end of next week(when I end speed camp) or at the end of week 8. Recently I did a 2 mile test, and got 13:47, decent but there is still much room for improvement there.

*2ND WEEK UPDATE* NUTRITION: 6.5/10 - I stayed on my eating plan all throughout the week, with maybe one small mistake or so(9/10 for the week days). The thing that killed me was the weekend, I totally failed, went out to eat and had a candy bar and ice-cream, not good at all (2/10 for the weekend)...
