I'm right footed to.. and my right hand goes up to a certian extent but my left hand is alwasy horizontal with bthe ground. Both my hands are "up" but what ever is comfortable wiht u, and as long as u get ur balance, accuracy and power then why should you change?
Lol... well ive never been yellowd thankfully  But i heard that in the pro leagues they talk 2 their opponents.. try and get into their head. Mattsta.. u can focus on the game and what needs to be done.. but theres multi tasking  Ill usually talk to them in a 1v1 situation at the touchlin...
I mean like... just tlaking to them while facing them.. even if they dont have the ball. Ill take the ball of someone, clear it and just say "to bad man, maybe next time... ill leave my legs open for u 2... if u want" and i usually get looks and what not. Just saying stuff that gets under their skin...
Alright i was typing another reply when this came into my head. Do you guys/gals talk 2 ur opponents in a 1v1 situation at all.. or even before a corner or something?
I know i do in a 1v1 all the time. But what type of things do u say? and am i the only one that does this?
also little note to add to my previous post. Once the attack starts to get really close to my net, i will start to close in a little, putting him underpressure, i wont fully commit, but i will kinda "let him know" that he's not passing, and if he wants 2 shoot he better do it now, or its game over f...
Yeah, you practice it then just automatically do it in a game. You can't think about it when you're playing. I guarantee you will get stripped of the ball. It all depends the position you're in. Hope this helps. agree 100%. Ive practice step overs tiem and time again. and my friend was watching me ...
If im in a two on one situation.. ill do my best to block the pass.. if the other attack ur behind him.. theres not much u can do but block the lead pass. if they are side by side..i will position my self to push them outwards to the sidelines and put myself in a position where he can only shoot.. s...

Free weights are goood. But i bought the bowflex about 12 months ago, and its amboultly wonderful. It helps wiht your stabalizing muscles as well because of the way the 'Power Rods' are designed. I'd recommend it to anyone, but if you dont have the money or are going to the gym, id say do as many ex...
To add no spin making it knucle, you have to hit it DEAD on in the middle.. and i mean dead on. Instead of following through to teh sides(for curve) you have to follow straight where u want the ball to go.. meaning ur acually leaping forward with the ball. To add topspin i found it easiest wiht a lo...
I have the same problem. Only on my right tho. I woke up 2 days ago, and my Achilles hurt a lot. just remember, its like catching a waterballon that will break on sudun impact. U must cushin its landing, so u bring ur foot up and as it gets close to the ball move ur foot down with the ball, slowing ur foot slightly the closer it get to the ground. Move with the ball. Plus u dont have to catch i...
