mark an area to start your runs from and then but a ball about 10-15 ft arching around you. practice running out and lsidding to the ball then get back the starting position and go the next one and repeat. Try to run in a straight line to the balls (dont arch) and make suree you practice lsiding out...

If your small comunicate with your defenders alot for crosses.
I play both striker and keeper and form experience i can tell you that these will work maybe...maybe 1 out of 10 times for a penalty. You can watch the players eyes, body, feet, hands, hips or whatever you want but if you go by these rules you will nto find the outcome very endearing. I dont like so...
