i start with my strong foot. i guess try to get the touch about waist height, but do it as light as possible (so youre trying to not waste time kicking it up) then just fling yourself over it ^_^

ive been practicing them for a while now occasionally, i can now get them pretty well, maybe for around 25 seconds. i found that practise is the best way, even just for like 5 or 10 minuets whenever uve got the time. i felt i wasnt improving but after a while i noticed i could keep it for heaps lon...

not really :shock: lol, theres no routine, everyone just practises whatever they want in any order. keeping freestyle fun is important so if youre bored of trying atw, try htw instead, mix it up. just practise things you can do to keep them fresh, and practise things you cant do to learn them. i gue...

um... i'll say your foot should stay in the same position... i dont think it should be locked though. youll get less sensitivity, even if it does reduce backspin at first.

physically, you get backspin when you come up with your foot behind the ball (the part furthest away from you) and follow through. everyone usually has some form of mild of backspin, just you are probably following through too much or too hard. as your technique of juggling gets better youll get les...
