Ronaldinho 172 is right. You cant just get rid of fat in one area of your body. If you burn fat you will burn fat all over your body. So just do any fat burning exercise to get rid of it. :)

Fisrt you have to tell us why you are going to the gym? To gain muscle mass or to increase muscle endurance? Your body will probably get sore the day after you work-out but it will not stop you from playing football. Like BenAMsoccer said if u you want to use lighter weights you will increase muscle...

If you feel that your toe is about to stab the ground..then before you shoot, with your opposite foot stand on your toes or just jump up a bit..

Ye ive had this problem as well..just mainly have a rest for a week or two and ice it then take the ice off..the repeat this for about 30mins a day...thats what worked for me..:)
