Well I'm 14 years old and I have been playing soccer ever since I was 5.I have a problem doing moves like the siccors and other moves that I could do when I was younger. Some think it's because of the problem I have with my knee but I know its not.It could be because of my lack of training(thats why I came to this website to see how I can train by myself),but is there anything I can do about this?
You should try working on your dribbling in isolation. Just go out and work on moving around while keeping the ball under control. Try randomly changing direction and executing different moves all the while concentrating on your balance and control over the ball. Work on your moves repeatedly to learn the mechanics, and then eventually build up to game speed. A link to various dribbing moves can be found here Dribbling Moves. You could also buy some training cones and slalom around them. by Expert 10:58:13 Friday 31 December 2004
