A conditioning program should help you get physically fit and to enable you to cope with the physiological demands of football. In planning a program you need to take on account your present state of fitness coupled with long term goals. It is not possible for me to send you a specific training regime due to the fact that I have no idea of what stage you are at. I would recommend evaluating your fitness level and examine how dedicated you are to improving your state of fitness.
