Hi i am training for club, my school and to try out for the u-17 National team next year and i was wondering what should i be eating if you could give me a little routine of something and what things will impact me to get faster because i play an attacking midfielder and forward?
Diets that are high in carbohydrates and fluids, moderate in protein and low in fat will give them enough calories and nutrients to grow, train and compete. Below are some suggestions of recommended foods and foods to avoid before, during and after games:

Go for Bagels, Muffins, 1% or skim milk, Fruit Juice, Water, Rice, Baked potato, Salads, Yogourt, Pasta (be careful of high fat sauces), Lean meats, Vegetables, Fruit.
Avoid junk food and foods with lots of butter.
