the pain is like the pain of a minor twisted ankle it goes away after like 30 seconds but it gets annoying and sometimes it like repeats the pain like if im doing a step over in the middle of a game, once i land my foot on the ground itll hurt a little but then when i start to do other moves it randomly hurts between moves and its ANNOYING!!!!

yea, i found that some icing ur foot before u play helps alot, and that if it does happen again sooth your foot everyday for about 3 days or until ur foot feels better. i also found this site http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/sprain ... ns/DS00343
if it doesnt work then copy and paste, wait a while, if it still doent work then click refresh and that should clear up the problem.

i've had the same exact thing. ice it and stay off it, that's the best advice there is. also, if it doesn't hurt too much, pull your foot up towards your shin to stretch it out a little bit. i don't know what that does to actually heal it, but it relieves some pain if you do it right

Re: Injury in the back of the heel
I think the best thing it to rest. it should be alright in a week or so.
