Yeh sure i will, it was was a friday night the team were out clubing, they had a bit to drink and apparently bellamy burst into riise's room and tried to swing at him with a golf club. Im sure you'll find the whole story in detail if you google 'bellamy and riise'. Thats why i found it so weird that they both scored last night.

Oh yeh lol, just seen that, atleased you realized, fair play! Btw with bellamy's golf swing celabration riise must of been pretty p***ed off.

they where out at a club, and it was a karaoke there.. Bellamy was drunk,
and many people saw that he wasn't very well.. he goes up to Riise and asks if he wants to sing karaoke with him.. Riise says no and Bellamy pays back with a golf club later that night at the hotel they checked in, and they start fighting, now they have to pay for the damage they did in the hotel.. so it was pretty much Bellamy's fault.. he needs to see a doctor i think Riise got hit on the neck, and then he defended himself.. Bellamy missed like hell because he was drunk, but that one sat.. ouch |

I don't know about you guys, but if somebody tried to whack me, or did whack me with a golfclub, I wouldn't get over it quickly. I wouldn't blame Riise if he didn't let this incident go too quickly.

A lot of footballers play golf and Portugal is a major golfing destination so I guess he took his own clubs there  Mandy felt Brian's wrath when she wandered in front of him after they'd announced free beer at the bar..... |

It was a good match. Barca made some defensive errors which were exploited by Liverpool. What impressed me was how strong the liverpool midfield was and how the whole team put pressure on Barcalona and tried to fend them off. Yeah Gerrard was on the right at some point but he started coming in the middle to help out. Maybe he didn't have the most brilliant game, but Benitez must have thought that putting Gerrard on the right would help out the midfield. The pressing was really well done and we can all learn from it. Of course Barca had the advantage at some point, but Liverpool fought hard and the match was officially over when Rijkard gambled and put giuly on. No eto'o did not play but that is because he is unfit and feels that he needs more time to work on his fitness. He said he might not be back to 100% until a few months. Perhaps people can say that Bellamy/Kuyt's goal was cheap but I liked it a lot because of the run that Bellamy did. Faked the inside cut but went out instead. A really nice match overall. The second leg will be very interesting.

I don't see how the goal was cheap at all. The freekick was taken fairly and quickly and Bellamy scored (as credited by UEFA), and even if he didn't score, Valdes was the idiot to push the ball out right to Kuyt. Fair goal. Momo is boss. |
