Figured i would share this,

http://performance.fourfourtwo.com/trai ... ing-week-1 this website has 6 weeks of preseason training it comes with what your workouts should be and what you should eat including breakfast and snacks. I haven't tried it yet but it looks interesting.

Also it's free might as well look it over.
   
I have this as I bought the magazine for it this month. It's well worth getting and it looks like an interesting basis for a training programme.
   
looks solid, but following that routine would take some dedication but it give some good ideas
   
does anyone think this would be to much combined with a ball work session? would you just take out one of the 2 workout sessions each day and just swap it for your ball work
