My Plyo'/Acceleration Routine

   
Hey guys, nick you'll probs be able to help me the most here.

I'm trying to increase my acceleration and and explosiveness, so here's my routine which I do once a week, well before my game.

Warm-up, dynamic stretching
Box jumps - 6 reps, 3 sets
Depth jumps - 6 reps, 3 sets
Frog jumps - 5 consecutive reps, 3 sets
15m shuttles - 12 reps
Lunge and jog drill (nicks one) - 3 sets
Cool-down, static stretching

I've summarized my plyo's to the more advanced ones, but it doesn't fatigue me as much as my old routines for plyo's did. Should I work on some fast feet drills also to help my acceleration (turn over rate), as I'm small and agile, my acceleration could probably benefit from getting more strides into my running?

Go ahead and add more however i've found on multiple websites that plyo's shouldn't make you tired.
