training a stepover

i really want to start getting good at stepovers and body feints. But i really don't want to have ronaldo like stepovers, i want the ronaldinho type stepovers where he shift his whole body. What is the best and fastest way of getting this skill down? should i just do stepovers and drop my shoulders over a standing ball or dribble slowly and do them or high paced, i feel like when i go high paced i can't sell the shoulders as much and its more of a stiff stepover. I feel like ronaldo stepovers are easier to practice because you can just stand over the ball and not worry about dropping the shoulder at the same time and you can do them all day in the living room whereas putting all the weight on one foot requires more work. What is the best way to approach this? same goes with body feints should i do them over a standing ball? also has anyone ever noticed when they are dribbling and do a body feint that they are doing the feints almost behind the ball instead of next to the ball? this happens sometimes to me

eddy i would really like to here more about your trip to argentina, perhaps you can post a thread about it? talks about things like what was the atmosphere like there, why did you go there, what does it look like, how are the players compared to yourself, where you visited and who was talking to you, stuff like that man i like to read about these stories
