I need a few tips to loose like 10 -15 pounds!? Routine?

thanks to both ill give it a try tomorrow today i am dead tiredddd but i feel so good.
i think the goal of that is that by sprinting you raise your metabolism up bigtime? also do i do it 4 minutes a day or do i do it many times dailyy (morning, midday, night etc )
