New sig maker

i have adobe photoshop 6.0 and i want to make an 1970 brazil team pic black and white with Pele in color (of course ) with him looking kind of shiny like the chelsea players in tevezaholics sig. If anyone one has the time i would love if you can make me one like that but if not can anyone give me steps on how to do that?

well to make him look shiny u should use idk,probably a lens flare(i havent made sigs for a while) and let it shine on him....just an idea.....when i first started making sigs i over used lens flare,i like it alot

some people have talent to make sigs they are extremly hard to make good i really stink but i think i am getting the hang of it maybe this is my latest tell if u like it.

i have gimp so here. 2 ways go to filters decor OLD PHOTO . also go to filter artistic photocopy

1. Duplicate the team photo layer. Path out the player you want to put color on. Go select--->from path, ctrl+i, delete. That will delete all but the player. 2. Go to the next (duplicate layer), path to select again, and delete. That will delete the player and leave the team. 3. Now on the team layer, go to colors-->desaturate and use "average". 4. Go to the player layer, go to colors-->colorize and play with the sliders. That should do it...maybe my instruction are confusing as you are new to gimp. Ask questions if you want. Nat_H here are my questions 1) i duplicated the photo layer but i dont know how to path out the player. 2)i don't know how to do step 2 3)i dont know how to switch from layer to layer everything else was explained nicely thnx Winning isnt everything, its the only thing   Awesome Sigs by 2brown347

1. The path tool is in the toolbox. It looks like a fountain pen kinda...To use it, click to place anchors (circles) around the player in order to surround it.
2. Step two is the same as the last part of step 1...you are just doing it to a different layer and deleting the player instead of the team. 3. Go to File-->Dialogs-->Layers. Another box should come up titled "layers". You switch from layer to layer by clicking and highlighting what layer you want to use. ZIDANE THE LEGEND Check out my Anaerobic Fitness Guide |
