This game is a complete farce. The only reason we are going there is to attempt to secure Jack Warner's votes for the 2018 World Cup. According to the press today, the FA are actually making a financial lose by playing there.
Its no coincidence that the first player off the plane was David Beckham and Warner was there to meet them. Personally, I think its a huge mistake and Warner will stitch us up. The man is completely untrustworthy. However, there could be a record set if 3rd choice keeper Joe Lewis plays. He would be the first player from the 4th level of English football to play for his country. Either way, I'm glad I'm not going. Instead, I'm flying off to South Africa for 2 weeks on Monday ![]() Mandy felt Brian's wrath when she wandered in front of him after they'd announced free beer at the bar..... |

haha when i first saw this thread i was going to come in and say
"who gives a fuck" but i agree there are no good footballing reasons for them to be over there ![]() People who say something cannot be done are often surprised by others doing it. |
