Okay I have a game in about 25 hours, tommorow night...i was like real hungry tonight and i ate a big mac not really thinking about it...how do u think i will be affected?

lmao thanks guys...I'm not too worried I have a mega high metabolism...and I don't gain alot of weight from things

Funny Davison! NOT! Anyway, just try and drink a bit more water than normal. Maybe some light running or joggin and some warmmups too get the blood pumping. I don't think you will perform much different but you better take it seriously from now on.

I don't really think you will be affected if you are currently in good shape. To be honest I have eaten my fair share of crap the day before matches or practices and have never been affected. If you eat something like that a few hours before a game then you'll be feeling it, but for the day before I think you'll be alright. Keep it in your head that you will feel fine, because if you think you are going to get winded and cramp up because of what you ate it is more likely that it will happen.

ha, it wont affect you.
i eat big macs all the time, and im still like only 11% body fat.
my metabolism is crazy fast.
i really wouldnt worry about it, just take a dump.
if a quiz is quizzical, then what's a test?
