Quick question, do you need a really flexible back to do a chest stall? as i cant get my chest flat enough to keep the ball there. If you need flexibility im goosed as i have a stiff back from injury last leason

It doesnt have to be too flexible, but u cant have no flexibility. If u cant do chest stalls just do shoulder stalls, which is done using the arms, and not much flexibility is needed for that.

I've never been too into juggling and freestyling tricks, but for the past 2 months all I've been doing is trying all these ATW tricks. So far I can only do a single ATW. But it comes with practice ^^
Great vid at that. I've watched it 10+ times myself just watching how you guys do the tricks, then I try to mimic 
Keep them vids comin, they rock.

Hey i am trying to put on a vid but its 18MB but it only goes for 4 minutes n i have seen some pplz vids go for like 8 n ther under 10 MB? is ther a way to make it smaller or wat? how do i get it on da site cuzz its mad vid

to post your video on the site upload it to somewhere like vimeo, and email expert with the link.
in terms of saving it smaller, once youve made it in moviemaker, and clicked save to pc, and saved it as sum name, it will go to the next screen where it will automatically be on the recommended size for best quality on your pc. in the top left of the wizard it will have the option for 'best fit to file size:' chose that then chose your file size. id recommend for 18mb change it to about 6 mb.
