Effects of Medium GI Foods

So if low GI releases slow energy, and high GI offsprings it rapidly, what about medium GI? I'd take it that a medium GI would do neither? Would The medium GI value be enough to make you feel lethargic later on? Because low GI offers a small change in blood sugar levels, I'd take it that medium would expell a little more of a change. I guess I just answered my own question right there, but do you think that a medium GI food is high enough to make you spike noticeably (feel a bit tired, lethargic ect...). I know I'm obsessive!

your last part sums it up. you're too obsessive about these things. I doubt 99% of people who become pro's sit around with a tablet of information planning out everything.

Haha I know mate, I am obsessive, but I'm more just curious, half of these questions I ask are just out of fascination, boredom, and making conversation!

Well what is a medium GI food?

It is all relative. Cocopops have a higher GI number than bread, but sugar has an even higher GI number. It is all relative.

As said above, you really don't need to look into these things too much, it makes no difference.
