The Cadillac program for developing skill

What I noticed doing this training program: You shouldn't put a fixed time to train. Example: 2 hours of wall training.
You should be creative, shoot when you want, head when you want, volley when you want, juggle and then shoot, etc. Cause this way you will enjoy your training. You don't want to train just for the future, you need to enjoy it. I forced myself to do 2 hours daily and I ended up hating the wall training. I toke a break and now I can't wait to start again. But now I will train until I feel I don't want anymore. That doesn't mean I won't give 100%. |
